              Have you ever wondered what you should do in the event of an active shooter situation? If so, Lieutenant Mark Blair of the Hartsville Police Department will be on hand to talk with the community about the dos and don'ts when faced with an incident in public. Space is limited to 24 participants so registering in advance will be required.
