DESCRIPTION:Health Extension for Diabetes is a free 16-week diabetes education and support program offered by Clemson Extension for community members living with Type 1 or Type 2 Diabetes. Our next virtual class is scheduled to begin Thursday\, August 25th from 6:00 pm-7:00 pm. Throughout the program\, participants gain education\, ongoing support\, and additional resources and tools to help better manage diabetes.
