SPC Credit Union is currently seeking a service professional to join our team as a Financial Service Associate, working on the front lines with our most valuable assets, our members. In your initial 12 months as a Financial Service Associate, you will:
• Apply your experience to become fully proficient in understanding our member's needs and expectations by delivering consistent service excellence in alignment with our values: Connection. Compassion. Community.
• Efficiently assist members with teller transactions, including accurately processing monetary/nonmonetary transactions, assisting members with requests, and other service related tasks in accordance with credit union policies and procedures.
• Actively engage in relationship building discussions with members to identify their financial needs in order to refer products and services and meet performance and organizational goals.
• Use your attention-to-detail to perform service tasks in person with a high degree of accuracy in a fast-paced environment. And it doesn't stop there. Working with the support and training of our team of financial service professionals, you will grow to become a critical part of the branch.
