SPC Credit Union is currently seeking a financial services professional to join our Florence team as a Universal Sales Associate, working on the front lines with our most valuable assets, our members. In your initial 12 months as a USA, you will
: • Apply your experience to become fully proficient in understanding our member's needs and expectations by delivering consistent service excellence in alignment with our values: Connection. Compassion. Community.
• Leverage your love of tech to get familiar with our software programs and teller pods. Utilize our two-way screens to serve members, as well as face-to-face interactions.
• Actively engage in relationship-building discussions with members to identify their financial needs to refer loans, products, and services to meet performance and organizational goals.
• Use your attention-to-detail to evaluate credit worthiness, discuss loan products and services and answer loan questions. Originate loan applications, submit for underwriting approval and complete and document all necessary paperwork.
