              PURSUANT TO CITY OF HARTSVILLE EMERGENCY ORDINANCE 4403, DURING THE COVID-19 (CORONAVIRUS) PANDEMIC, THE EDITION WILL BE OPEN, MAINTAINING SOCIAL DISTANCING AND FACE COVERINGS ARE MANDATORY WHILE FOLLOWING DHEC AND CDC GUIDELINES.
