Not Just for Kids Anymore

While Positive Youth Development is our number one priority, it takes more than developing young people's life and leadership skills to expand the vibrancy of Darlington County. It's why we offer professional team-building services to local businesses and organizations.

We're committed to enhancing our community's quality of life

by helping companies, schools, and non-profits

improve their work cultures. 

Over the last few months, we've provided team-building services to the Hartsville Chamber, Leadership Hartsville, Francis Marion's campus activity board, and faculty and staff at the Governor's School for Science and Math, just to name a few. 

Our activities help co-workers and volunteers improve their listening and communication skills, increase idea and opinion-sharing, get to know each other better, and learn to have fun outside of the workplace.

"The activities you led us through highlighted our team's strengths and weaknesses," said a recent participant. Another said, "My biggest takeaway was that everybody should have a voice and be able to be heard."
