Infrared Thermometers - round 2
June 17, 2020Darlington County Economic Development Partnership
As efforts to contain the spread of COVID-19 continue, FEMA has allocated a specific number of Non-contact Infrared Thermometers (NCIT) to each state for private-sector use. The South Carolina Emergency Management Division (SCEMD) is providing a second round of NCITs to each County Economic Development office on a per capita basis. Per the referenced FEMA guidance, these thermometers are for private-sector businesses with a high degree of person-to-person interaction. If your business has a high degree of person-to-person interaction and has a need for some non-contact infrared thermometers, please respond and let us know how many you would like. We will have a limited supply and will attempt to fulfill as many requests as possible, but may not be able to provide all that are requested. Please let us know the number you would like by Friday morning, June 19 so that we can organize delivery to your business. If you received some thermometers in the first round, please let others have them in this round.
