January 18, 2022Making a Survival Style Paracord Bracelet with Donald Winburn Saturday, March 5th, 2022
9:00am-12:00pm
Making paracord bracelets first showed up in the 70’s. Soldiers made them to pass the time and good luck charms. It picked up the name “survival bracelets” after preppers and survivalist started referring to them as the "ultimate survival tool". A true survival bracelet is made of one piece of paracord that has 550 pounds of tensile strength. Once picked up by civilians, making them became a relaxing pastime. The class will cover the making of three different styles using a combination of colors. The skills can be transferred to custom dog and cat collars, pet walking leashes and rifle slings. You can customize them with your “team colors.”
