              Ages 4-7 10:00am-11:30am 

              Ages 8-12 2:00pm-4:00pm

              Kids will experience connection, breathing, movement and more! There will be age appropriate yoga & mindfulness activities for the kids.

              Twist Kid's Yoga Facilitator Training with Mary Beth Bender

              June 25 2022 9-6pm

              Join Twist Kids Yoga for a workshop on how to teach yoga & mindfulness to children. In this 8 hour workshop, we will teach you the necessary tools and techniques for leading children ages 4-12 through a yoga & mindfulness class.
