Black Creek Arts Council - Botanical Paper Mache Sculpture

You’ll be delighted at what treasures can come from your backyard and the recycling bin. We will build a nature inspired sculpture using the paper mache method, combined with a fun curved paper bending technique. The resulting sculpture will be sturdy and lightweight with the feel and look of plaster or clay.

The skills we will use can be taken much further in future classes or at home to create all kinds of home décor items or 3D artwork in many styles. There will be more intricate workshops hosted in the future that will span over 4 weeks.
