Faculty Recital: Jeremiah Padill

Join Dr. Jeremiah Padilla for an evening of solo piano music exploring the many possibilities of variations. Featuring works by César Franck, Ludwig van Beethoven, Aaron Copland, and Fazil Say, this recital spans a wide range of musical styles - from Romantic lyricism and Classical elegance to twentieth-century modernism and jazz-influenced contemporary expression. Together, these works reveal that variation is far more than repetition with embellishment. This program invites listeners to experience how a single musical idea can inspire limitless artistic possibilities.
