The Women in Business Celebration began in 1965 to offer an event to recognize the accomplishments of businesswomen and an opportunity to network.  The event features dinner, door prizes, and a guest speaker.  In addition, a tuition reimbursement scholarship is awarded to two female students, one from
Coker College and one from Florence-Darlington Technical College.  The 2014 Woman of Achievement is also recognized at this event.

Traditionally, giving back to the community has been an important component of this great event, and 2014 looks to uphold that tradition with a canned food drive to benefit Hartsville Interfaith Ministries.  Guests bringing a non-perishable food item to donate will be entered into a drawing to win a FREE 60-minute massage from Therapeutic Massage & Bodywork!
