  • Hands on Hartsville

  • Hands on Hartsville is a project spearheaded by Coker College’s Center for Engaged Learning in partnership with Florence Darlington Technical College’s Hartsville Campus.  It is a community-wide service day in Hartsville, South Carolina through which all sectors of the community are invited to bring ALL HEARTS and ALL HANDS in support of ONE HARTSVILLE.   On April 5, 2014, volunteers and project coordinators came together to support local non-profit agencies within the Hartsville city limits.

    HoH's mission is two-fold:

    1) To provide leadership development for local college students

    2) To bring together all sectors of the community to share in leadership and service in support of the non-profit agencies that give so much and receive so little.

Their vision is one, united Hartsville community that provides reciprocal service and leadership development towards the continued growth of our thriving economy.

'When we all come together, we are so much stronger and make an even greater impact on our community.'
