In this workshop, Jamie will demonstrate how easy it is to make probiotic pickles at home! Everyone will go home with Jamie's recipe but feel free to bring a pen and pad and ask questions as you broaden your horizon on the topic of fermentation. Jamie will be serving her garlic fermented pickles as well as other snacks for you to try. Probiotics help aid in digestion and bring balance to our gut health. Come learn how a pickle a day can brighten your day!

Jamie is a Lifestyle Medicine Advocate and has completed an online Nutritional Course with Harvard Medical School and is author of the book, “Bringing Back Bacteria”.
