Dispatcher

The Dispatcher ensures on-time delivery of fixed route and paratransit services as described by management. Monitors overall service integrity and schedule adherence and takes prompt appropriate actions to address circumstances that interrupt on-time performance. Monitors and/or responds to a variety of phone calls in a courteous manner and informs management of problems and complaints and assists in resolving them. Drives revenue service vehicles when necessary or situation demands.Must be able to provide
