Embrace your health as Jamie will talk about how this way of living can truly impact your life for the better. The Mediterranean diet has many benefits that can prolong life, boost mood, protect against type 2 diabetes, reduce risk of Alzheimer's and Parkinson’s disease, and much more. Most of all, helping to prevent heart disease and strokes.
Here Jamie will teach you the basics of the diet and how easy you can implement it into your life. She will demonstrate and show you how easy it is to make hummus as well as a sourdough flatbread. You’re gonna want to bring a pen and pad and take notes on the simplicity of this lifestyle. You will learn how this diet combined with probiotics can change your life for the better.

Jamie is a Lifestyle Medicine Advocate and has completed an online Nutritional Course with Harvard Medical School and is author of the book, “Bringing Back Bacteria”. Jamie also offers a Mediterranean diet 4 week program and looks forward to sharing her wealth of knowledge with you.
