              Event Description:
              Join Dr. Marty in this hands-on exploration of delicious, health-supporting beverages that are not full of caffeine, sugar, artificial sweeteners, or alcohol! You will learn how to make your own probiotic-rich kefir and kombucha for gut health. We will discuss the benefits of some common tasty herbs and how to blend them into teas. Finally you will get a tutorial on the mixology of mocktails, including a handout with recipes, and you will be set loose in the drink lab to explore and create your own perfect blends.
