SPC Credit Union is currently seeking a service professional to join our team as a Call Center Associate, working on the front lines with our most valuable assets, our Members. In your initial 12 months as a Call Center Associate, you will:
• Demonstrate your passion by understanding our Members’ expectations and deliver consistent service excellence in alignment with our Values: Compassion. Connection. Community.
• Assist Members via telephone, email, or mail with service and information in a pleasant, professional manner; handle calls in an accurate and timely manner while researching solutions and completing transactions.
• Actively engage in relationship-building discussions with Members to identify their financial needs while demonstrating thorough knowledge of credit union products and services.
• Use your attention-to-detail to perform service tasks with a high degree of accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
