    Position Summary
    The Production Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of all production areas, including electrical, mechanical, and equipment maintenance functions. This role ensures that production processes operate efficiently, safely, and in alignment with company standards. The supervisor plays a key leadership role in driving productivity, maintaining quality, and fostering a positive and compliant work environment.

    Supervisory Responsibilities
    • Participate in the recruitment and selection of operators and lead personnel.
    • Organize, assign, and oversee daily work schedules for production staff.
    • Conduct timely and constructive performance evaluations.
    • Administer employee discipline and support termination processes in coordination with the Human Resources Director and in accordance with company policy.
    • Provide ongoing leadership, coaching, and development to team members.

    Key Responsibilities
    • Establish and monitor performance metrics to evaluate operational efficiency and effectiveness.
    • Review, analyze, and continuously improve production processes and procedures.
    • Implement and enforce company policies, procedures, and operational standards.
    • Ensure all work environments meet safety, compliance, and operational requirements.
    • Coordinate with maintenance teams to ensure optimal performance of equipment and systems.
    • Oversee production activities to ensure quality and quantity targets are consistently met.
    • Monitor product quality and ensure adherence to established standards throughout production.
    • Utilize technical knowledge to assist in troubleshooting equipment issues, identifying root causes, and implementing corrective actions.
    • Support and optimize preventive maintenance programs, working closely with maintenance personnel.
    • Communicate company directives, policy changes, and procedural updates clearly to team members.
    • Promote a positive organizational culture and represent the company professionally to employees, customers, and the community.
    • Perform additional duties as assigned.

    Required Skills & Abilities
    • Strong understanding of manufacturing operations, practices, and policies.
    • Proven electro-mechanical skills and hands-on experience in a production environment.
    • Knowledge of the basic principles of electricity, robotics, and PLC controls.
    • Knowledge of mechanical systems and pneumatics.
    • Machine proficiency, including the ability to troubleshoot, analyze faults, apply diagnostic techniques, and support preventive maintenance optimization.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Proven leadership, supervisory, and conflict-resolution abilities.
    • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
    • Analytical thinking with sound decision-making and problem-solving capabilities.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
