2020 Entry Procedures

Neptune Island Water Park— at Neptune Island Waterpark.
We are thrilled to be safely opening our gates this season for our Guests. As we welcome everyone back to our new normal, we ask for patience and grace from guests and Crew during this adjustment phase. As we all prepare for this new season, please make note of our new operating procedures for 2020.
1. When you arrive at Neptune Island, please remain in your vehicle and visit www.neptuneisland.com/waitlist for entry procedures. Guests will not be allowed to wait in line at the Main Gate or Admissions Office this season. You may put yourself in line digitally by going online to our Wait List page. We do encourage guests who are able to do so to visit on non-peak days, such as weekdays, and to arrive early during the day for quick entry to the park. For our season pass holders, we also encourage you to take advantage of your Early Bird Entry (15 minutes early) option on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays during the season.
2. Our capacity will be limited this season and is subject to change at any time based on updates in guidance from government and health officials. The daily capacity will be posted in a conspicuous place at the entrance of the park.
3. Please remember to maintain social distance of at least 6’ wherever possible while at Neptune Island Waterpark. To assist with this, we have placed markers for queues throughout the park and have spaced our furniture at least 6’ apart. In addition, sanitizers will be available for use by guests throughout the park.
