Announcing the first Hartsville American Legion Post 53 online auction & item donation request

Support a great cause while doing your Christmas shopping from home. You may save some money, and avoid the Black Friday crowds and the Cyber Monday computer crashes.

We are holding an online auction to raise money for Hartsville American Legion Post 53 starting on Thursday, December 3rd, 2020 @ 6:00 AM EST and ending on Sun December 6th, 2020 @ 6:00 AM EST. Household items, electronics, memorabilia, food choices and amazing vacation experiences are included in the auction.

We are holding this online auction to help raise much needed funds for our cause! Nationally, The American Legion has many programs that support veterans, children and youth, promote Americanism, and promote a strong national defense. Fund raising projects such as this auction support both these national and local programs. The major programs our Hartsville Post supports are sending rising High School senior boys to Boys State for a week of education about state government processes, holding an oratorical contest for high school age students based on the US constitution, and sponsoring an American Legion baseball team.

We are also accepting donations of items for the auction.
