I chose FDTC because I felt that I could bring change and make a difference or impact at the school. I want to leave a legacy and let
the future students that are coming in, see that I gave it my all. I also want them to see that I fought for them and I was all about the students and Student Life because in the end, we as students are the ones striving for those degrees and striving to make FDTC a place to be remembered.

    Letia M. James
    Student Ambassador & SGA President
Hometown: Florence, SC  |  Major: Computer Technology - Essential Web Development
I chose FDTC because it would provide me with the skills to transition to a new career, and the tuition was reasonable. I would like to see more student participation and new events, such as a paint and relax night or maybe introduce spade tournaments, yoga, kickboxing, or intramurals. For those who would like virtual events, maybe start jeopardy and bingo nights.
