    Our Crew has been working hard to adjust to the new normal here at Neptune Island Waterpark. In an effort to be as transparent as possible with our Guests, we're answering your most frequently asked questions for the new season.

    Q1. Do I have to have an appointment to visit Neptune Island this season?
    A1. No, you do not have to have an appointment to visit us. We are giving our guests the option to make an appointment in advance if they know when they will be visiting within the next 3 days, but it is not required. Guests who do not have an appointment can jump in our digital line when they arrive by visiting www.neptuneisland.com/waitlist. Hang tight in your air conditioned vehicle and our Crew will notify you via text when it's your turn to enter the park.
    Q2. When are you open?
    A2. Neptune Island is now open 7 days a week! Our hours for the 2020 season only are Monday-Thursday from 10am - 7pm, Friday & Saturday from 10am - 8pm and Sunday 12pm-7pm. For our complete schedule, please visit www.neptuneisland.com/about-the-park.
    Q3. Will I have to wait a long time?
    A3. While we can't know for sure what the future holds, our Crew is working very diligently to keep our digital line moving and getting guests into the park as quickly and safely as possible.
    Q4. How can I purchase Season Passes or General Admission Tickets?
    A4. Season Passes and General Admissions Tickets may be purchased online at www.neptuneisland.com/tickets-passes. If you wish to purchase in person or need to redeem your online Season Pass purchase, you can stop by the Admissions Office on your visit to the park when you've been alerted that it's your turn to enter.
