    Hartsville Chamber Seeks Nominations

    Will Woodham Business Person of the Year nomination period open 

     

    Hartsville, S.C. – The Greater Hartsville Chamber of Commerce is seeking nominations for the 2018 Will Woodham Business Person of the Year to be presented during its 98th Annual Meeting on January 17, 2019. In its 38th year, the Will Woodham Business Person of the Year award is bestowed upon a business person who has made contributions to his or her profession and the business community of Hartsville. 

     

    “There are so many businesses in Hartsville deserving of this recognition. I hope the community will take a moment to complete the form and help us select this year’s recipient. Looking back on the winners, you can see what an impact they have made on our community and we look forward to seeing who will be awarded this year,“  explained Hartsville Chamber president Quinetta Buterbaugh. 

     

    Nominees must be a proven leader in the business community and have been an owner or employee of a Hartsville Chamber member business for a minimum of 5 years. Both a list of the previous winners as well as nomination forms are available at www.hartsvillechamber.org, in person at the Hartsville Chamber of Commerce or by request at president@hartsvillechamber.org. 

    To be considered, nominations must be received at the Hartsville Chamber by 5 p.m. on January 5, 2019.

     

     

    The Greater Hartsville Chamber of Commerce is a membership-based business advocacy organization founded in 1910.  The Chamber provides a voice for local businesses, supports economic development, and promotes the vibrant and personal community that makes Hartsville appealing to businesses and residents.
