Have you heard the news? The Carolina Pines Medical Group Walk-In Clinic is now open with extended hours. Monday-Friday 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM, Saturday 7:00 AM – 1:00 PM and Sunday 1:00 PM – 7:00 PM.
The Carolina Pines Medical Group Walk-In Clinic is conveniently located on the Carolina Pines Medical Group campus at 701 Medical Park Drive, Suite 103, Hartsville, SC 29550.
As an extension of your primary care provider, we offer care for all ages by a nurse practitioner, and no appointment is needed. Carolina Pines Medical Group Walk-In Clinic provides diagnosis and treatment for acute and urgent care needs including colds, flu, COVID-19 (rapid testing available), and upper respiratory infections as well as minor injuries including cuts, lacerations, sprains, strains, and broken bones. The clinic also offers x-ray and lab work. As the clinic’s name suggests, patients can conveniently walk in for care seven days a week with no appointment necessary. Whether you are a patient of Carolina Pines Medical Group or an individual without a primary care provider, enjoy the convenience of our walk-in clinic by getting the high-quality care you need, without paying an urgent care or emergency room co-pay.
