Meet Benson

Benson returned to his hometown and joined the Driggers Law Firm in 2019. Benson’s practice focuses on all aspects of real estate practice, estate planning, probate court, business planning and administration, and civil litigation. He has successfully represented clients before state and federal courts in South Carolina and before professional licensing boards.

Prior to graduating from the University of South Carolina School of Law in 2006, Benson graduated Clemson University in 2003 where he received a Bachelor of Science in Business Management. He is a 1999 graduate of Hartsville High School.

While not practicing law, Benson is a passionate devotee of Clemson Tigers athletics and enjoys playing his guitar. He and his wife Lara are the proud parents of three sons and are active members at Hartsville Presbyterian Church.
