  • Meet Martin

    Martin joined the Driggers Law Firm in 2022. Martin’s practice focuses on civil litigation, with an emphasis on defending clients involved in professional malpractice and business disputes. He has successfully represented professional clients before all state and federal courts in South Carolina and before professional licensing boards. Martin is licensed to practice law in both North and South Carolina and is a member of the bar associations of both states. 

    Martin is a graduate of Hartsville High School, Clemson University, and the University of South Carolina School of Law. Martin served as President of the Student Body at Clemson and as the Managing Editor of the SOUTH CAROLINA LAW REVIEW where he authored two published notes. Upon graduating law school, Martin served a two year judicial clerkship under the Honorable Henry M. Herlong, Jr., United States District Judge for the District of South Carolina. Martin is married to Karen and is the proud father of five children.
