Our BBQ caterer would like an estimate of plates sold by early Monday afternoon, 5/1/23. We don’t want too many leftovers, or to run short of chicken plates on 5/9/23. Many of you have reported your sales to our ticket master, Brooke Humphries, and this is much appreciated. If you have not reported your sales, please send your sales results to Brooke, particularly if you have sold more than the required 25 tickets. The money can be turned in later. Brooke’s contact information is call or text her at 843-616-1041 or send an email to brooke.humphries@spccu.org.
If you have delivery orders and have not yet turned in the associated delivery forms, please turn the delivery forms into Brooke or John Benjamin by our next Kiwanis meeting, Thursday, 5/4/23, so that a delivery plan can be created.
