              Red Foxes!
               
              Spring sports are continuing to thrive! Last week was a long week of postseason action and the Red Foxes are pushing through. The girls soccer team suffered a tough loss to a strong Bluffton team on Tuesday. They had a great season and we cannot wait to see what is in store next year!
               
              Boys golf placed 2nd in the Region VI Tournament. This qualified them for the Lower State Championship on Monday May 8 @ Traces Golf Course in Florence. They will tee off in the morning and play 18 holes. Jacob Pulling won the Region VI Championship on the individual side. It took a two hole playoff before Jacob won the title! Please congratulate him and the team when you see them this week.
               
              Baseball traveled to Hilton Head in an elimination game on Friday night and came out victorious. With only 8 teams left in the Lower State, the baseball team will host Greer at 6:30pm Monday night! Only SCHSL passes are accepted during the playoffs. The SCHSL mandates that we charge $8 for the ticket as well.
               
              Softball traveled to James Island on Saturday in an elimination game. They came home victorious and will host May River on Tuesday night at 6:00pm. Only SCHSL passes are accepted during the playoffs. The SCHSL mandates that we charge $8 for the ticket as well.
               
              Track and Field competed in the Region VI Championship on Tuesday and had a strong performance! The Boys team finished 2nd and the girls finished 5th. We had a few Region Champions as well: 
              Boys 4x100: Kylif Miller, Damarion Coe, Hakeem Watters, Justin Canty
              Boys Long Jump: Damarion Coe
              Girls Shot Put: Nyla Segars
              The teams will now travel to Wilson on Saturday for the Lower State Championship beginning at 10:00am.
               
              Check out the weekly calendar for the schedule. We hope to see you out there on Monday and Tuesday. We need to pack the stands for our student-athletes!!!
