City of Hartsville - Sandbags

As we keep watch on Storm Debby, we are encouraging all our citizens to be prepared. Sandbags are available for businesses and residents within the city limits of Hartsville. There is a 10 bag per business or household limit, and you must fill bags yourself. Please come to the Hartsville Fire Department at 111 7th Street to receive your bags and instructions on accessing sand. Residents are encouraged to bring their own shovel for filling sandbags.
