              Dear Greater Hartsville Chamber of Commerce members,
               
              The impact of the ongoing COVID-19 crisis is being felt by the entire business community and likely will be for some time to come. The economic hardships are particularly difficult for small, locally owned businesses. Like all of you, we too are struggling to meet monthly and quarterly budgets.
               
              During these difficult times it is particularly important that we be there for one another, offering assistance in whatever we can.  We at the Hartsville News Journal want to do our part to try and alleviate some of the burden felt by others in the business community. Through a partnership with the Greater Hartsville Chamber of Commerce, Hartsville News Journal is offering a special advertising rate to chamber members. In addition to the lower rate, 25 percent of the cost will go toward the business’ annual chamber membership dues.
