2024- State of Power Breakfast presented by Duke Energy
We are excited to announce a new event we are hosting this year, State of Power Breakfast presented by Duke Energy. Breakfast is sponsored by Kelly's Electrical Service. This event will be on Tuesday, May 21 from 8:30-10 at the Hartsville Country Club and will include a breakfast buffet. We are so fortunate to have the following agenda topics to cover- current state of affairs, utilities? roles in today?s environment, a regional perspective of the importance of power, and relating the role of utilities to the economic development process as it pertains to prospective businesses.
Joining us as speakers, we have Jay Oliver, Managing Director, Grid Systems Integration at Duke Energy, Ben Fleming, Chief Operating Officer, MPD Electric Cooperative, and Jeff McKay, the executive director of the North Eastern Strategic Alliance (NESA)- a regional economic development alliance.
