It involves using exercises to optimize energy within the body, mind, and spirit, with the goal of improving and maintaining health and well-being. Qigong has both psychological and physical components and involves the regulation of the mind, breath, and body’s movement and posture.”

    Diane Wiggins, a RYT500 & YACEP, specializes in Yin Yoga with over 400 hours of Yin teacher training. Additionally, she is a level III Gentle Somatic Yoga Practitioner. While delving into these practices, she discovered QIGONG and developed a passion for energy work. She is now an Associate Instructor of the Yoqi style of Qigong. Through these modalities, Diane seeks healing for various aspects of the “self”: heart, mind, spirit, energy, emotion & physical. An essential part of her journey involves connecting with others and guiding them through these ancient arts of movement and stillness to a self-awareness & balance that leads to a life of joyful ease.
