New Vision Community Development Corporation

To improve the quality of housing for low-to-moderate income persons by way of area development, redevelopment or renewal, and to impact the overall quality of life in Darlington County through other neighborhood or community benefit activities such as economic development and food distribution.
We are a non-profit, 501(c) 3 Corporation, chartered in the state of South Carolina and located in the rural area of Darlington County.

New Vision is keenly aware of the many challenges facing our communities today and is committed to having a positive impact. We do so by assisting those on the bottom of the economic ladder by offering them programs that are geared toward increasing their likelihood of survival in this depressed and blighted economy.

Much of the focus here at New Vision is directed at giving individuals an opportunity to involve themselves in the means which has the potential of strengthening those areas in their lives which are currently undeveloped or unchallenged. It is a known fact that those individuals who are exposed to more than one option tend to do better in life than those who are forced by their circumstances to be limited to one or no option.

Many of our youth and elderly who live in the rural communities of our nation are restricted from many of the opportunities in the metropolitan areas; as a result they are not able to access those services which are designed for them.
